We are sorry that the item you received is incorrect; we would love to resolve this for you.

Please add a note inside your parcel if you wish for a replacement to be issued and our returns team will action accordingly, *Depending on stock availability*  - No return fee will be debited from your refund for the return.

Alternatively, you will be refunded to your original payment method once the parcel is received into our Distribution Centre and you will be notified via email once it's been processed.
